Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
All commercial properties are required to have a valid EPC when they are sold, let or sub-let. We provide EPCs for level 3 and level 4 commercial buildings.

Display Energy Certificates (DEC)
Certain public buildings are required to display a DEC that must be updated every 12 months. We can provide both initial DEC and re-issue DEC. To request a quotation please click the green button.
Asbestos Surveys
Every commercial building in the country that was built prior to 1987 should by now have had an Asbestos Survey, but many have not.

Air-conditioning Surveys
All Air Conditioning Systems with a rated output over 250kW must be inspected by an accredited Air Conditioning Inspector.
